No micromanagement - just high standards, creative thinking, and people who get things done.

Role Overview

Managing influencer partnerships end-to-end: sourcing talent, negotiating deals, coordinating deliverables, analysing performance, and ensuring that creator content can be used effectively across organic, paid, and brand channels. This role requires someone who understands creators and how their content performs in paid environments. You should be confident managing whitelisting permissions, usage rights, and coordinating with our performance team to ensure creator content can scale profitably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, vet, and secure influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, whitelisting permissions, and contract details with confidence.
  • Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with creators, managers, and industry partners.
  • Maintain and grow a strong community of recurring creators and brand ambassadors.
  • Oversee creator content submissions and ensure assets are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with performance and creative teams to repurpose creator content for paid ads, website assets, social, and more.
  • Ensure all contracts include correct terms for usage, licensing, and paid media distribution.
  • Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end - from outreach to briefing to execution and reporting.
  • Manage the creator activity calendar and ensure deliverables align with brand priorities and monthly targets.
  • Track budgets and ensure spend is aligned with performance goals.
  • Monitor results, creator performance, and campaign ROI - sharing insights and recommending optimisations.
  • Coordinate closely with the paid social team to support whitelisting setup.
  • Ensuring ads run smoothly through creator handles.
  • Maintain organised workflows across Slack, Notion, and internal systems.

What You'll Bring

  • Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - including trends, formats, and creator landscapes.
  • Experience with whitelisting and supporting paid media teams.
  • Understanding of how creator content performs in paid ads and what makes an asset "scalable."
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident interpreting data and turning insights into clear improvement plans.
  • Excellent organisational skills and flawless attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.

What We'll Love About You

  • You’re confident, energetic, and naturally great with people.
  • You adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and challenges.
  • You understand the intersection of creator marketing + performance marketing.
  • You’re organised, reliable, and thrive when juggling multiple moving parts.
  • You contribute positively to team culture and are a solutions-oriented person.
