We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role with flexible working environment. You will be responsible for our first impressions by delivering on-brand, on-platform creatives and imagery.
You’ll be responsible for designing visual assets across both paid and organic social media, helping maintain a strong brand identity while keeping content fresh, engaging, and platform-native.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing high-performing image creatives for paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Creating on-brand organic graphics that align with social trends while staying true to our visual identity
- Maintaining a consistent aesthetic across social channels to strengthen brand recognition and visual cohesion
- Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to develop assets that support campaigns, product launches, and day-to-day content
- Helping refine and evolve brand guidelines across platforms as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience designing ad creatives for paid social campaigns, think still image ads that demand scroll-stopping attention
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape, especially what works visually on each platform
- Ability to blend brand guidelines with native design trends to create thumb-stopping organic content
- A good eye for layout, typography, and consistency across visual touch points
- Confidence using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of paid and organic social graphics
