Role Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who can see the true potential of humans, when given the right environment and resources. Someone who can effectively organise, manage and foster an environment of growth for all of our team members. This role requires a true people person who will fend for our interests while ensuring fairness, responsibility and care in everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
  • Define clear roles, KPIs, and manage performance reviews.
  • Handle employee relations — address conflicts, feedback, and performance issues quickly and fairly.
  • Maintain high team morale and engagement across a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance with local laws.
  • Support professional growth and training for key team members.
  • Uphold a culture of accountability, communication, and excellence.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of HR or people operations experience in a growing startup or DTC brand.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to balance empathy with results-driven leadership.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Organised, discreet, and proactive in solving people challenges.
