Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing e-commerce brands across the US and UK. This role will play a key part in ensuring products move efficiently from manufacturers to multiple warehouses and ultimately to customers. Working closely with the operations team, the Supply Chain Assistant will help coordinate inventory across four storefronts, manage SKU data, monitor stock levels, assist with purchase orders, and support logistics planning across several fulfilment partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys solving operational challenges to keep supply chains running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory and stock levels, update inventory and stock tracking systems and sheets.
- Record keeping, administrative support and data gathering + data management. Maintaining accurate records.
- Assist managers with daily operations, planning, and reporting.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to manage orders and resolve issues.
- Processing orders and arranging shipments inbound and outbound, to marketplaces and retailers. Experience with Amazon FBA.
- Documents and labels creation, onward communication within the supply chain network.
- Basic understanding of end to end supply chain, and familiarity with working with 3PL's.
- Address and resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, and other logistical challenges.
- Optimising and increasing efficiency with deliveries and order processing.
- Reporting skills, ability to manipulate data to report on performance within the supply chain.
- Additional supply chain and logistics tasks related to the role.
Ideal Profile:
- Previous experience in logistics, operations and supply chain essential.
- Skilled on GSuite, excel, WMS, TMS, systems and software.
- Autonomous, strong organisation and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving skills under pressure.
