We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer with a focus on social creatives to join our growing remote team. You’ll be responsible for creating high-converting image ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google but we also want someone who can contribute to our organic social content with fresh, platform-native visuals that keep our feeds engaging and on-brand. This is not just about making things look nice, it\’s about ideas, copy, and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing static and carousel ad creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google)
- Taking ownership of ad concepts from idea to copy to final design
- Writing bold, benefit-led copy that fits the brand tone and grabs attention
- Designing engaging assets for organic social media (stories, carousels, reels covers, etc.)
- Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas
- Keeping up with trends, competitor ads and platform best practices to inform creative direction
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience designing paid ads for DTC brands
- A portfolio of high-performing still ad creatives with measurable success
- Strong copywriting skills (headlines, hooks, punchy captions)
- Ability to turn strategy into creative ideas that perform
- A strong eye for layout, type and visual hierarchy
- Confident working with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Bonus if you also:
- Have experience A/B testing creatives
- Understand funnel stages and messaging logic
- Know how to work fast without sacrificing quality
