Role OverviewWe are looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn insights into performance-driven ad concepts. This role blends creativity with analytical thinking. You must understand what makes people stop, watch and buy on social media. You will come up with ideas for ads, build angles and hooks, and manage the creative process from idea → script → production → final ad.
This is not just a project manager role and it’s not a media buyer role. This is for someone who thinks in ads, never runs out of ideas, and knows how to create content that converts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop high-performing ad concepts and creative angles based on audience psychology and product benefits.
- Generate fresh ad ideas daily informed by trends, competitor analysis, and platform best practices.
- Support the HoM with writing high-quality briefs for scriptwriters, creative teams and editors.
- Review UGC submissions and scripts, ensuring message clarity, hook strength, structure and compliance.
- Lead creative quality control for ads before launch.
- Support strategy development and creative reporting to identify winners and scale concepts.
- Collaborate with copywriters and editors to optimise ad cadence, hook structure and retention tactics.
- Monitor paid social trends and implement best practices across assets.
- Work cross-functionally to build creative testing roadmaps.
- Proven experience in paid social advertising (Meta-first).
- Deep understanding of ad formats, hooks, storytelling cadence and direct-response formulas.
- Strong portfolio of ad examples (scripts, concepts, UGC, performance creative).
- Excellent copy instincts - you know the difference between scrollable and sellable.
- Highly organised, fast executor who thrives in high-output environments.
- Independent thinker who solves problems without hand-holding.
- Able to analyse creative performance and extract learnings.
- Passionate, proactive and never runs out of ideas.
