Bettervits is one of the UK’s fastest-growing nutrition brands - and we're on a mission to become the biggest. We're a fast-moving digital brand in the health, wellness, and e-commerce space, built on ownership, trust, and results. No corporate fluff, just high standards, creative thinking, and people who get things done.

We are seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and customer relationship management across the business. Working closely with the founders, creative team, and wider marketing team, you will be responsible for maximising customer lifetime value, improving retention, reducing churn, and driving revenue through email, SMS, subscriptions, loyalty, and customer journey optimisation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable moving between strategy, analysis, campaign execution, and optimisation within a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Own the overall CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, subscriptions, loyalty, referrals, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Develop, optimise, and manage lifecycle journeys including welcome flows, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase sequences, winback campaigns, replenishment flows, subscription retention programmes, and customer reactivation campaigns.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, segmentation, retention metrics, and lifecycle performance to identify opportunities for growth and increased customer lifetime value.
  • Manage campaign planning, testing, reporting, and optimisation across email and SMS channels to maximise engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalised and relevant customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with creative, acquisition, product, and customer service teams to ensure lifecycle marketing supports wider business objectives.
  • Continuously improve CRM infrastructure, reporting, automations, and customer journeys to support long-term business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Retention Marketing Manager, or similar role within an e-commerce, consumer goods, subscription, or direct-to-consumer business.
  • Strong understanding of customer retention, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, subscription models, and customer lifetime value optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, Omnisend, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience building, managing, and optimising complex lifecycle journeys and automated customer flows.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving founder-led environment.

Bonus

  • Experience within health, wellness, supplements, consumer goods, or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Experience managing subscription-based businesses and improving retention metrics.
  • Experience with loyalty programmes, referral programmes, and customer rewards initiatives.
  • Experience working with multiple brands, international markets, or high-volume customer databases.

Why Join Us?

  • Fully remote - work from anywhere.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Autonomous working style.
  • Direct access to founders and meaningful influence on company strategy.
  • Opportunity to help shape the next phase of growth for a fast-moving brand.
