We are seeking a Product Specialist to support the development, organisation, and compliance of our growing product portfolio. Working closely with the Head of Product, you will play a key role in maintaining product information, coordinating projects, supporting compliance initiatives, and ensuring our internal product knowledge remains accurate and accessible. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about nutrition products. You'll sit at the centre of product development, compliance, operations, and quality, helping ensure our products remain industry-leading and fully compliant as we continue to scale.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Own and maintain the master database of all products, ingredients, formulations, certifications, technical documents, specifications, and supporting materials
- Build and continuously improve the company's internal product knowledge base, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
- Manage product documentation including Certificates of Analysis, specifications, stability data, supplier documentation, claims substantiation, and compliance records
- Support product launches by coordinating information and timelines across suppliers, manufacturers, regulatory consultants, design teams, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with product development projects and ensure key milestones are delivered on time
- Review product copy, marketing materials, packaging, and website content for compliance with UK and EU regulations
- Help ensure product claims comply with relevant UK, EU, and advertising regulations
- Support external audits, certifications, and industry accreditations including NASC, GMP, retailer compliance programmes, and other quality initiatives
- Coordinate documentation requests from retailers, distributors, marketplaces, and regulatory bodies
- Track regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to the wider business
- Act as a central point of contact for product-related information across the business
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Product Specialist, Product Coordinator, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Compliance, or similar role within supplements, nutrition, food, or consumer goods
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing technical documentation and maintaining structured databases
- Understanding of UK and EU food supplement regulations, health claims legislation, and advertising compliance requirements
- Comfortable coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to interpret technical information clearly
- Confident working independently while managing competing priorities
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation management systems
- A proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and create structure

- Experience within supplements, nutrition, health, wellness, pet supplements, or FMCG industries
- Experience supporting audits, certifications, or retailer compliance requirements
