We are a hybrid company with a focus on inâperson collaboration when necessary. Employees are expected to be available to work from one of our office hubs at least two days per week, or eight days per month. Our US hub locations include: Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; and the Washington, DC metro area. The Opportunity
We're creating a new executive role to lead BetterUp's evolution from point solution to an enterprise platform. As VP of Delivery & Deployment Operations, you'll build and scale the function that turns complex enterprise deals into measurable customer outcomesâowning everything from configuration and integrations to change management and accelerated adoption. This is a builder's role. You'll architect our deployment operating model, lead both named deployment resourcing pods and shared services, and define how customers operationalize BetterUp within their organizations for lasting impact.
What You'll Own
- Build the Function
- Define the vision, structure, and operating model for enterprise deployment at scale
- Design the balance between highâtouch professional services and scalable shared infrastructure
- Create playbooks for configuration, integrations, change management, and customer operating model enablement
- Build and lead a global delivery organization across onshore and offshore models
- Direct leadership of Client Delivery Directors, Platform Configuration, and Change Management experts
- Direct leadership of Partner Operations shared services infrastructure
- Dottedâline oversight of forwardâdeployed engineering and product resources
- Own KPIs for deployment quality, costâtoâserve, and timeâtoâvalue
- Ensure seamless handoffs from Sales, Solution Engineering to Deployment to Client Advisory
- Build feedback loops between field learnings and product innovation

You Bring
- 15+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, or platform environments leading complex deployments or professional services organizations
- Experience building and managing global delivery teams with mixed resourcing models (onshore/nearshore/offshore as well as forward deployed technical teams)
- Track record designing operating models for highâcomplexity, multiâworkstream enterprise implementations
- Strong P&L acumenâyou've managed delivery margin, utilization, and costâtoâserve metrics
- Builder mindset: you thrive in ambiguity, operate from first principles, and scale systems and people simultaneously
- Ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes for executive stakeholders

The base salary range for the role is as follows: New York and San Francisco: $280,000 - $385,000 Austin and Arlington (D.C. Area): $252,000 - $346,500
