Male applicants only. You will be supporting one male and will be needed across day and nights depending on the individual. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team in Luton.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of the individuals we support throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a calm and supportive presence throughout the night.
  • Monitoring residents' well-being and responding appropriately to any needs or emergencies.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks as required (e.g., toileting, changing continence pads).
  • Supporting individuals who may experience anxiety or distress during the night.
  • Following individual support plans and risk assessments.
  • Completing accurate and timely records of observations and interventions.
  • Ensuring the environment is safe and secure.
  • Assisting with light domestic duties as required.

  • A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check will be required.
