We're hiring an SEO Strategist to own a portfolio of B2B clients across traditional SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) — helping brands rank in classic search and get cited by AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Client Relationships: Oversee a portfolio of 10–15 clients, acting as their trusted SEO and AEO/GEO advisor and main point of contact.
  • Drive SEO & AEO/GEO Strategy: Create and execute data-driven strategies - from keyword research and technical audits to content planning, off-page optimisation, and optimising content for visibility in AI answer engines.
  • Analyse & Report: Lead monthly reporting calls using tools like Google Looker Studio, providing insights and actionable recommendations on both organic search rankings and AI/answer engine visibility.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our content, design, and PPC experts to deliver integrated marketing performance that spans SEO, AEO, GEO, and paid channels.

What We're Looking For:

We're searching for an SEO professional with drive, curiosity, and a passion for excellence, ideally with an eye on where search is heading next.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a dedicated SEO role (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.

  • Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and present findings clearly.
