Better Rehab is clinician-founded and clinician-led. Our leaders understand the realities of clinical work because they’ve lived it. What You’ll Do
Based at Croydon you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team. The Croydon office has a team of 11 clinicians with a make up of:
- 5 OT’s
- 3 Speech Pathologist’s
- 1 Physiotherapist
- 1 Exercise Physiologist
- 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner
You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long‑term relationships and seeing the progress you help create. You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

What You’ll Need
- PBS Registration – Proficient
- Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Behaviour Support
