The Role

You’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:
- Neurological conditions
- Psychosocial disability
This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. You’ll:
- Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
- Build long-term relationships and see real progress
- Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
