The Role

With roles available in Canterbury, Macquarie Park, Maroubra, or Sutherland, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6-65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

  • Neurological conditions
  • Psychosocial disability

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.

  • Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
  • Build long-term relationships and see real progress
  • Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

Our Graduate Program

  • A graduate-specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
  • 1:1 discipline-specific supervision
  • 6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling
  • 4 paid study leave days per year
