About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to take ownership of key Defence client relationships and support the growth of our portfolio. This is a relationship led role combining account ownership, opportunity development and hands on delivery involvement. It is not a pure business development position. The focus is on building trusted partnerships, shaping opportunities and delivering outcomes aligned to Defence priorities.

Responsibilities

  • You will engage with senior Defence stakeholders
  • Own and grow accounts
  • Contribute to bids and frameworks
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Maintain an active billable role to retain delivery credibility

Qualifications

Experience in UK Defence or central government environments.

Required Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of digital transformation and modern delivery practices

Required Clearance

UK Security Clearance

Pay range and compensation package

£60,000 to £70,000 DOE Hybrid working with client site travel as and when required.
