BetterGov is a public sector digital transformation consultancy with a growing Defence practice.
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to take ownership of key Defence client relationships and support the growth of our portfolio. This is a relationship led role combining account ownership, opportunity development and hands on delivery involvement. It is not a pure business development position. The focus is on building trusted partnerships, shaping opportunities and delivering outcomes aligned to Defence priorities.
Responsibilities
- You will engage with senior Defence stakeholders
- Own and grow accounts
- Contribute to bids and frameworks
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Maintain an active billable role to retain delivery credibility
Qualifications
- Experience in UK Defence or central government environments.

Pay range and compensation package
£60,000 to £70,000 DOE
Hybrid working with client site travel as and when required.
