We are expanding our Paid Social team and are looking for a highly motivated and data driven Paid Social Lead to spearhead our company’s overall growth strategy. As the Paid Social Lead you will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and achieving groups KPI’s.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Lead our Paid Social team.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with performance.
- Manage and expand our Paid Social reach by identifying new markets, maintaining existing markets and broadening our campaigns to reach our desired target audience.
- Maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Regularly communicate with wider teams to provide updates on new funnels, markets, and marketing campaigns.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Take responsibility for your team’s performance and career development.
