AlphaSense is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of client-facing product experts who help our customers maximize value from AlphaSense. You will partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure our CSMs deliver high-impact demos and adoption campaigns, driving measurable outcomes and adoption across financial services accounts. You’ll set strategy, coach for performance, and ensure we have coverage and resources to support our most important clients.
