Betterclean Services Exeter is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of 4 cleaners at a client site in a prestigious office in Exeter Business Park. This is a hands-on role that will require you to complete daily checks to ensure that all work is completed to the high standards expected by our client.
Hours: 15 hours per week; 3 hours daily Monday to Friday; 6pm-9pm (cleaning time will be 2.5hrs per day with 0.5hr per day for supervisory duties).

Your skills and experience:
- Experience as a cleaner is essential, although we provide full training.
- Be reliable and trustworthy, with good attention to detail.

Cleaner Responsibilities:
- Clean all areas to our high standards, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing.
- Work safely with required chemicals and follow a cleaning routine.
- Monitor your equipment and provide accurate monthly stock takes.
- Willingly receive regular feedback in a constructive and professional manner.
As the Supervisor, you will need to demonstrate past experience in a supervisory role and be able to lead by example.
