Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and schedule appointments with senior decision‑makers for our experienced field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our pre‑qualified data
  • Utilise effective communication skills to pique interest and create awareness about the products and services we offer
  • Gather information about the prospect's needs, budget, and decision‑making process
  • Assess their qualification as potential customers using predefined criteria
  • Conduct follow‑up calls or emails to nurture leads that require additional engagement

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling
