Role Overview: As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and schedule appointments with senior decision-makers for our experienced field sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our pre-qualified data.
  • Utilise effective communication skills to pique interest and create awareness about the products and services we offer.
  • Gather information about the prospect's needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Assess their qualification as potential customers using predefined criteria.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads that require additional engagement.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the products and services we offer.
  • Clearly articulate key features and benefits to generate interest with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage decision-makers quickly.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Resilient and positive mindset, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
