- Act as a key point of coordination between the executive and wider business, including sales, commercial, and business development teams.
- Track actions, follow-ups, and deadlines, ensuring tasks are driven through to completion without supervision.
- Support sales and commercial activity through reporting, pricing coordination, and deal administration with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to support business performance and decision-making.
- Handle sensitive commercial and personal information with discretion at all times.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, acting as the main point of contact for all office-related queries.
- Maintain a professional, organised, and high-performing office environment.
- Manage office supplies, deliveries, and facilities, liaising with building management and external suppliers for maintenance and upkeep.
- Support health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, office documentation, and service schedules.
- Provide additional administrative support across the business, including internal meetings and company events.
Requirements
- Proven experience directly supporting a senior commercial, sales, or revenue-generating leader in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous role as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA, or high-level Commercial/Sales Administrator with clear exposure to business performance or revenue activity.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex, constantly changing diaries with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience working closely with sales teams, commercial directors, or business development functions, with an understanding of how sales environments operate.
- Strong commercial awareness, including confidence working with numbers, pricing, discounts, reporting, or deal coordination.
- Advanced organisational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple high-priority tasks under pressure.
- High attention to detail with accurate written communication and data handling.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), along with Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a commercially focused, target-driven business environment.
- Ability to remain calm, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive commercial and personal information with discretion.
Benefits
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for every year of service, plus your birthday off.
- Early finish Fridays.
- Modern office with an onsite café and gym and Central Bournemouth location, just 2 minutes from the beach.
- Monthly staff awards with quarterly dinner and drinks at top local restaurants.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
