Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses to confirm their current communications and broadband infrastructure
- Speak with key decision‑makers to gather detailed information about existing providers, packages, and any service pain points
- Accurately log all interactions and collected data into the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly data collection and verification targets
- Provide regular updates and reports on progress, sharing useful insights and findings
