Our client, located in Chislehurst, is seeking an experienced School Chef to work with their dedicated catering team in their state of the art, spacious kitchen. They are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and organised individual to provide the catering for their busy kitchen.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Term Time only including INSET days & 4 weeks cover for Summer Lets and Hospitality Events (40 weeks per year)
- 11.00am to 7.00pm (7 hours per day)
- 37.5 hours per week
Skills:
- Be responsible for providing an outstanding catering service in the evening to approximately 12 boarders and 15 staff
- Create interesting and nutritionally balanced menus for their diverse boarding community
- Maintain the highest standards of service and hygiene
- Have an organised, flexible approach to all work undertaken
