Our client, a local educational establishment located in Blackheath, are seeking to recruit a long-term Temporary Caretaker.
Hours:
- 4.00 pm - 10.00 pm Monday to Thursday
- 3.00 pm - 7.00 pm Friday - 28 hours per week
- 8.00 am - 4.00 pm during Summer Holidays - 40 hours per week
Immediate Start
Duties:
- Portering
- Locking up of premises (training given)
- Basic DIY
- Setting up of equipment/furniture for lettings/events
- Grounds maintenance
