Job Description Our clients, a well-established multi-disciplined practice providing consultancy services across both the public and private sectors, is seeking to recruit a Qualified Quantity Surveyor. You will play an active role in the delivery of project and professional services to a wide range of public and private sector clients, across London and the South East of England. The successful candidate will be working directly on schemes ranging from Β£5000.000-Β£40,000.000 both Pre and Post Contract. The candidate will be responsible for reporting directly to the Partner Quantity Surveyors. Cost Estimating to NRM1 standardProcurement and TenderingWorking with JCT Suite of ContractsProject Financial Control and ReportingValuationsRisk ManagementTo be successful in this role you will: Ideally be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICSHave a minimum of 3 years relevant professional consultancy experienceHave extensive experience of Quantity Surveying and the day-to-day tasks listed above. Have proven IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, ideally will have used measurement software CostX or similarAble to identify areas of commercial opportunity for future development.
