Due to our high growth, we are looking for a driven and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on recruiting top quality Allied Health clinicians from the United Kingdom and Ireland for our Australian business as well as recruiting local clinicians for our London based clinic. The role will involve working closely with our migration partners and wider business to attract clinicians and placing them into permanent roles across Australia and the UK.

Your New Role
You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end recruitment practices across a range of Allied Health disciplines. Provide a first‑class experience to all applicants. Develop strategic recruitment initiatives. You will develop an International Talent Pool to support future growth of Better Rehab across Australia. Support our UK Sponsorship Licence as the Authorising Officer. Partner with migration agencies and the wider business to ensure all legislative and visa criteria are met. Liaise directly with our UK and AUS teams to service the needs of the business and ensure quality end‑to‑end service.

What We Are Looking For
You have 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience either internally or with an agency working in an International Market. You have experience with 360 degree recruitment processes. You have experience with passive recruitment processes including internal and external databases. Experience in healthcare, education or IT recruitment is advantageous. You are a people person and passionate about finding the right cultural fit. You are passionate about recruitment and see yourself progressing in this area.
