What’s the NDIS? The NDIS is Australia’s national disability funding scheme, providing personalised support for people with permanent and significant disabilities. OTs can help participants build capacity, improve daily living skills and access assistive technology and home modifications.

You’ll have ownership over your diary across home visits, community settings, clinics and work-from-home time. We focus on quality care and outcomes, not unrealistic numbers.
Based from one of our 30+ offices across Australia, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload. You’ll join a collaborative multidisciplinary team of OTs, SPs, PTs, BSPs, EPs and AHAs, with:
- Dedicated 1:1 supervision
- Monthly group supervision
- Clinical leadership support
- Clear pathways for development and complexity support
You’ll work across homes, clinics and community settings, building long-term relationships through ongoing therapy, provide capacity building, develop your assistive technology and home modification skills.
