An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Web Analyst to join this progressive ecommerce retailer.

This is a fantastic role for someone passionate about digital/ online experience, user behaviour, and data-driven optimisation.

About the Role:

As a Web Analyst, you’ll play a key role in understanding how users interact with the website and identifying opportunities to enhance the digital journey. Working closely with UX, design, and ecommerce teams, you’ll help inform and support data-driven experiments aimed at improving customer engagement and increasing conversion rates.

This is a varied and rewarding position that offers exposure to multiple areas of the business, with strong potential for career growth in a collaborative and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the UX strategy by analysing user behaviour and website performance, offering actionable insights and A/B testing recommendations
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and others to identify conversion optimisation opportunities
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and development teams to validate hypotheses and support experimentation
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards and regular reporting on key digital performance metrics
  • Stay up to date with best practices in CRO, user behaviour analysis, and ecommerce UX trends

About You:

  • Experienced in UX, digital analytics, and data-led decision making
  • Some familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar (training will be provided)
  • Confident with Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or other data tools is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain insights and recommendations
  • Eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Adaptable and enthusiastic, with a creative approach to solving problems
  • Experience in ecommerce or retail is a bonus
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms or basic HTML is desirable
