Job Title: Marketing Manager (Creative Studio)

Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in the London HQ\’s

Salary: £55,000-£70,000

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a focus on creative studio management. This is a strategic, hands-off role where you will lead a team of 5 creative professionals, including designers and digital editors. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of all creative assets, including design, video, animation, and brand materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of designers and digital editors, ensuring high-quality creative output.
• Develop and maintain multi-channel marketing assets, including online/offline content, videos, animations, and brand materials.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of creative projects.
• Monitor and analyse market changes, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FCA, GDPR, ASA, PECR).

About You:

• Proven experience in creative studio management, brand marketing, or a similar role.
• Background in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other regulated sectors.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and working with external suppliers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
