We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a much loved scale-up, B-Corp in the pet category in their search for a talented Social Media Manager.

Our client on the hunt for an energetic and strategic Social Media Manager who lives and breathes engaging content, loves building vibrant communities, and isn\’t afraid to bring their fresh ideas (and personality!) to the forefront.

The role

  • Develop and manage a dynamic social media strategy that drives platform growth and delights audiences with engaging content..
  • Plan, create, and publish captivating content across key social channels. You\’ll manage the content calendar, craft compelling copy, and collaborate with our Creative team where required.
  • Work with the Community Executive to actively monitor and engage with the audience, fostering a positive and vibrant online community.
  • Regularly track, analyse, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights for continuous optimisation.

The person

  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and translate brand messages into inspiring social content.
  • You\’re a fountain of fresh ideas, constantly seeking new and exciting ways to capture attention and differentiate the brand on social media.
  • You are articulate and comfortable speaking to a camera, happy to be an authentic face of the brand.
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a meticulous approach to content planning and execution.
