Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the continued development of the brand's SEO roadmap and strategy across multiple websites.
  • Perform keyword research for all brands and key markets and define ranking approach and strategy for each brand.
  • Support the brand's Digital Agency (SEO) on technical, link and content audits to identify and address performance issues and optimisation opportunities.
  • Research and implement SEO and Content strategies, understanding how content affects organic rankings and traffic.
  • Work with the wider Digital team to ensure SEO focus across digital campaigns.
  • Report on effectiveness of SEO and identify problem areas that may affect search engine rankings.
  • Maintain awareness of the industry and competitors' activity to develop informed strategies.
  • Support and oversee internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Skills & Experiences:

  • A successful track record within SEO with an agency or in-house (3+ years’ experience in similar SEO roles).
  • Knowledge of SEO and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search, and keyword monitoring tools.
  • Demonstrable success in SEO planning and understanding of SEO best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
