We are searching for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Paid Media Manager for our client, an e-commerce retailer with over 30 years of industry expertise in the category in which they operate. They offer top-quality products at competitive prices.
They are looking for a commercially-minded and data-led Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of their multi-million-pound digital media budget and performance marketing strategy. This role is pivotal in driving high-quality traffic, optimising return on spend, and building a sustainable digital customer acquisition strategy as we scale the business.
The Role:
- Own the delivery of a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, aligning paid and owned media with trading goals, seasonal shifts, and evolving product priorities.
- Lead the planning and execution of Full Funnel activity across PPC, paid social, and affiliates.
- Use a data driven, analytical approach to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the budget across the full marketing funnel.
- Build and refine multi-touch attribution models to accurately measure campaign performance.
- Own key KPIs including traffic volume, RoAS, COS%, CAC and (in time) LTV – ensuring efficient spend and high-value acquisition.
- Deliver clear, insight-led reporting across all channels, supporting data-driven decision making and performance visibility.
- Champion a culture of testing from creative optimisation to segmentation and timing.
- Own agency relationships, ensuring accountability to commercial targets and a continual focus on testing and improvement.
The person:
- Proven track record of leading performance marketing strategy and execution in a high-growth eCommerce or DTC business.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen – data driven and comfortable owning RoAS, COS, CAC, LTV and traffic targets with a clear view of contribution to the bottom line.
- MarTech Proficiency: Pmax, Adwords, Microsoft Ads, GA4, GMC, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and Attribution tools.
