Senior National Account Manager – Grocery

We are currently partnered with one of the UK’s most recognised FMCG companies. Exciting, right? Well, how about having the opportunity to put your own stamp on Grocery strategy? Well, I need a Senior National Account Manager to do just that. You will lead the ship on the Asda and Morrisons accounts which have a lot of room for growth. The branded portfolio is a piece of beauty, and it ends up in 9 out of 10 shoppers\’ baskets. Yep, I can guarantee it. So, if you’re looking for a business that’s not only focused on growth but also offering you the chance to have your name in lights, then look no further because it doesn’t get much better than this.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L responsibility for 2 of the TOP 4 accounts – Shaping the strategy
  • Lead the creation and implementation of the growth strategy for two of the TOP 4 retailers, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop and maintain strong, influential relationships with key buyers to effectively execute category strategies.
  • Use Nielsen and internal financial data to guide planning and enhance performance.
  • Work collaboratively across UK & Ireland teams to ensure consistency with broader business objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience managing a grocery portfolio
  • Demonstrates strong commercial acumen with advanced negotiation, sales, and presentation capabilities.
  • Highly analytical with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player who brings energy, focus, and resilience to their work.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
