We’re hiring an Insights Manager to put the voice of the customer at the heart of business decisions.
Joining a growing, well-established business within the financial services sector, you will help drive insight-led improvements that enhance customer experience and support business growth. In this key role, you’ll be the voice of the customer, nurturing relationships, gathering meaningful feedback through surveys, forums, and direct engagement, and bringing both quantitative and qualitative data to life. You’ll drive insight-led stories straight to senior leadership, helping shape customer experience, strategy, and future growth.
You will be comfortable designing surveys, running focus groups, analysing data and presenting your findings to the Senior Leadership Team with real impact.
- Strong commercial mindset, able to connect insight to business growth.

- Based within commuting distance of Oxfordshire - hybrid working (2–3 days in office).
