Our client is a market leader, they are a manufacturer and retailer of high quality products with a fast growing brand presence. They are product centric and operational excellence is at the heart of all they do.

They are now on the hunt for a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be someone looking to take that next step in their career with a view to stepping into a leadership role in future.

The role

  • Craft and create digital deliverables for a variety of channels and in-house brands. These will range from art working and website creative, to developing multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Supporting with product packaging design and marketing materials (physical and digital).
  • Work across all graphic, video and digital channels, creating assets for both B2B and B2C consumers.
  • Collaborating with the wider creative and marketing teams to promote the brands in the best possible way and drive sales via multiple channel activations.
  • Generating original creative concepts, being empowered to push boundaries and inject your personality into the brands.
  • Stay up to date with current design trends and best practices.

Your experience

Key skills and experience we’re looking for include:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer – ideally in retail, ecommerce or D2C
  • Experience with product packaging design would be helpful.
  • Excellent design and layout skills, in particular the use of colour, composition and typography whilst working within existing brand guidelines.
  • Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to execute different design styles across website, digital and social channels.
  • The ability to produce original creative concepts whilst following brand guidelines.
  • You can own projects, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
