Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers for both drop shipping and stock purchases. ~ Support Inventory Planning and Management ~ Own the departmental budget by setting and monitoring sales, margin, and profit targets. ~ Track and analyse sales and inventory metrics to identify top-performing products and opportunities for improvement. ~ Report on and analyse weekly sales reports, reporting back to the business on trends, key lines and stock movement to inform the marketing strategy. ~ Develop and implement effective merchandising plans, including product range selection, pricing, and promotions to meet commercial goals. ~ Conduct regular market analyses to adjust product pricing in response to competition and trends.
