We are seeking a results-driven New Business Manager to drive new brand distribution and incremental profit within a defined geographical area. This role is critical in identifying and securing new business opportunities, ensuring optimal route-to-market solutions, and enhancing the visibility and profitability of our brands within key on-trade accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, scope, and secure key new business opportunities across the Regional On-Trade Director's team, focusing on large and extra-large accounts. Lead prospecting and data management, ensuring best practices across the team.
- Develop a deep understanding of the operating region, identifying emerging opportunities and building long-term, profitable relationships with key stakeholders.
- Elevate the profile of our brands by networking with key industry opinion formers and securing visibility at influential venues.
- Implement sales priorities set by the Regional On-Trade Director, ensuring brand distribution, volume, and contribution targets are achieved.
- Convert new business opportunities into long-term profit streams through effective negotiation of strategic deals.
You:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles in FMCG
- Proven negotiation skills with a strong track record of deal-making
- Strong commercial awareness, including customer financials
- Knowledge of consumer and market insights
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and build strategic relationships
- Strong listening, presenting, and questioning skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Must be based in one of the following areas – West London, Sussex, Hampshire, Wilshire or East Devon
