Our client is an established, ambitious and scaling ecommerce brand, who operate in a fast growing category with innovation at the heart of all they do. They are launching new products and into new territories so are looking for a Marketplaces Manager (Amazon expert) to join their team to expand their presence on Amazon and other marketplace platforms. This is a key hire and the successful candidate will be responsible for the full end-to-end management of Amazon operations, from listing optimisation and performance tracking to stock forecasting and advertising execution, and expanding on to new marketplaces.

The role:

  • Take ownership for the day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller Central account (UK and international expansion).
  • Build and optimise organic product listings, including but not limited to titles, bullet points, back-end keywords, imagery, A+ Content, and SEO.
  • Plan, launch and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns to drive traffic, maximise ROAS and support key product pushes.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as conversion rate, win rate, account health, and customer reviews.
  • Use data and insights to inform trading decisions, troubleshoot issues, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure consistent stock availability.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon policies, algorithm updates, trends, and tools and apply them proactively to our strategy.
  • Brief creative teams on required assets for product listings, A+ Content, Storefronts, and advertising.
  • Stay up to date with new and emerging marketplaces.
  • Report on performance weekly and monthly, including actionable insights and recommendations.
