We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our clients' marketing efforts and drive meaningful brand growth across the business. In this key role, you’ll develop and deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns that connect with their audience, support commercial goals, and enhance the customer experience. You’ll work across the full marketing mix—from shaping content strategies and leading events, to driving performance through data and insight. The Role:

  • Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, leads, and engagement
  • Own and evolve the content strategy across digital, social, and events
  • Deliver standout campaigns and memorable brand experiences
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to align messaging and maximise impact
  • Use data and analytics to track performance, optimise activity, and report on ROI
  • Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability
  • Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh thinking to keep us ahead of the curve

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a marketing leadership role
  • Proven success in B2B or SaaS marketing (or other fast-paced sectors)
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels (SEO, paid, email, social)
  • Experience delivering content strategies that drive value and engagement
  • Confident planning and running both virtual and in-person events
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads
  • A collaborative, proactive, and results-focused approach
