- Our client is a £150+ million turnover, multi-site retail business. Private equity back.
- This is a new Multi-channel Marketing role, reporting to the Head of Marketing
- Leading a team of 3 Marketing Executives
- We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, strategy and planning manager to lead in their next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the Marketing Strategy, multi-channel. Supporting the businesses focus on driving commercial growth.
- Oversee the campaign commercial performance, making impactful suggestion for future change/ data lead actions.
- Monitor market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to uncover new avenues for growth. Feeding back into the Marketing strategy.
- Track and reporting on performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders/ board.
- Wider Marketing team of 10+, excellent channel specialist. You will work cross channel to support the Marketing Strategy. Leading and mentoring these teams.
What I’m looking for:
- Experienced in a dedicated Multi-channel Marketing Planning role, working across email, web, social, DM and Performance (in house performance team)
- Strong analytical abilities, Excel and data tools, and converting insights into clear actions.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across a variety of levels and departments.
- Results-driven, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
