B2B Marketing Campaign Manager Nottingham: Hybrid 3 /2 (plus flexible working hours) £50,000 + Package

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, forming part of the existing Marketing leadership team. Looking for an experienced Marketing/Campaign Manager or integrated Account Manager to join this team and be part of their next phase of brand marketing development. Previous industry experience within B2B/B2B2C is key for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the continued development of Campaign Marketing strategy, supporting overall brand development and brand awareness, driving new customer acquisitions and supporting NPD and promotional strategies.
- Leading in the planning and coordination of Multi-Channel campaigns/Campaign Calendar, from initial briefing through to final sign off – including checking and coordinating amends.
- Managing Multi-Channel campaigns across Media, Digital: Social Media and Content, Email and Web, PR and Events, and offline marketing: DM, Leaflets, POS.
- Tracking of KPI’s including campaign measurement and brand metrics.
- Direct line management of a Campaign Executive.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record in building brand through multi-channel campaign planning and marketing communications.
- Team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others.
- Agency management experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and consistently evolving environment, managing multiple projects.
