Are you passionate about turning data into strategy? We’re looking for an Insights Manager to play a key role in driving growth and shaping ecommerce success within the CPG/FMCG space.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver impactful reporting, analysis, and data-driven recommendations using sales & ecommerce data
Act as a CPG industry expert, guiding conversations on sales, profitability, and margins
Craft compelling data-led stories that influence client decision-making
Present strategic insights to senior ecommerce teams, driving clear business recommendations
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Insights, CS, Product) to enhance client ecommerce strategy
Be the customer’s voice internally, helping to shape future reporting and product features
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of professional experience (3+ in CPG/FMCG, ideally with ecommerce exposure)
Strong background in ecommerce data from platforms like Amazon, Tesco, or other EU eRetailers
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and polished presentations
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Skilled in Excel, Google Suite, and building impactful decks
Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field
