We're looking to recruit an HRBP. You will be working at a senior level already with a good 8 + years behind you in HR and ideally at BP level. We would be looking to speak to candidates ideally with immediate availability for a contract based position. You will work closely with leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives that support business goals. You’ll play a crucial role in building a high-performance culture, providing strategic HR guidance, and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide expert advice on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Support recruitment efforts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Advise on compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use HR analytics to inform decision-making.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
The role is hybrid based with split time in the office and at home. A background in larger organisations would be excellent. Retail or consumer focused brands would be ideal.
