Head of Sales – Multi Channel – Global Health & Wellness Leader – Remote

DOE Paying Up to £95,000 + Car Allowance + Package

We are partnered with a global leader in the Health & Wellness sector to appoint a dynamic, commercially astute Head of Sales / Omni-Channel to lead and shape the sales strategy across the UK & Ireland.

This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for an experienced sales professional who has successfully navigated a diverse range of customer channels and is now looking to step into a senior B2B distribution leadership role. We\’re looking for someone passionate about driving change, building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable growth.

The Role

As Head of Sales Omni-Channel, you will play a central role in driving commercial growth, expanding market share, and delivering a seamless sales experience across multiple customer channels. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy, lead a team, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B Sales Growth: Create and implement high-impact commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, negotiate complex contracts, and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure sales strategies align with wider business goals and market demands.
  • Market Insight & Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer behaviours, and competitive activity, leveraging data and insights to continuously refine sales strategies.

About You

  • Proven, results-driven B2B sales leader with a strong track record of delivering sustained revenue growth and building lasting client partnerships.
  • Experience successfully leading, managing, and developing high-performing, multi-channel sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of managing a range of different customers
  • A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for leveraging technology, data, and analytics to drive business performance.
  • Equally comfortable managing both traditional face-to-face client relationships and digital sales platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
