Our client is a much loved scale-up ecommerce business who sell their products around the globe. The team has grown steadily over the last few years and they are now looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Lead to come onboard to manage a £multi-million marketing budget across PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, CRM and influencer. The successful candidate will be managing a small inhouse team of channel executives, creating a happy culture of high performance. The Role Lead digital strategy across PPC, Shopping, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates and Influencer to drive sales and growth Own the marketing forecast and budget (£multi-million), making sure campaigns meet performance goals Weekly and Monthly reporting, sharing results with the Board Manage and implement test and learn, using actionable insight to inform future campaigns Working closely with the CRM Manager on customer communication strategy Manage a small performance marketing team, overseeing campaign and results Work closely with the affiliate marketing executive, managing strategy and budgets across publisher partnerships and influencers The person Loves working in fast paced retail / ecommerce / D2C environment Proven experience driving considerable growth in a scaling business Enjoys both strategy and getting their hands dirty Highly skilled across PPC, Paid Social and CRM This is a fantastic opportunity to own growth marketing strategy in a business with high ambitions.
