Job Description

Digital Performance Analyst

Location: Leeds (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days WFH)

Salary: c£32,000–£38,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Digital Performance Analyst to join a dynamic and growing team in the finance sector. You’ll play a key role in helping the marketing department understand the effectiveness of digital channels through quantitative data analysis and qualitative insight. Your work will contribute to the delivery of marketing initiatives and ensure outputs meet internal client needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide performance MI and insights, offering actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour across digital channels and identify ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Use market research, internal data, and external products to deliver thought-leading insights that enhance marketing segmentation.
  • Provide Marketing MI and create insight through customer experience platforms tailored to project and customer needs.
  • Deliver insight into changes within the customer base through internal and external data sources.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in a quantitative discipline with significant coursework in statistics, econometrics, or a related field.
  • Experience with numerical programming (Python, R, SAS) and database programming (SQL Server, Azure SQL, SAS).
  • Experience using customer feedback tools (e.g., Rant & Rave, Medallia).
  • Strong critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience in data visualisation (e.g., PowerBI).
