We are excited to be working with a wonderful brand/business based in Reading. As an event space, we need someone who is happy with working onsite for most of the week due to the nature of the company and the fact that there are events and occasions happening all week and at the weekends (occasional evening or weekend work will be required but not every week!).

The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player and has an interest in events, wellbeing, health, and music.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse effectiveness of marketing content
  • Develop and manage website content
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Develop SEO campaigns
  • Conduct customer surveys and manage the ticketing platforms
  • Find and target audiences
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML/WordPress (or similar), PPC, SEO & Google
  • Design experience with any of InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop (or similar)

Please note this role is based in the Reading area and requires a car driver to get there. You must also be prepared to be onsite during the week rather than working from home - it's a real "hands-on" position. No negotiations on these requirements!
