We're looking for an experienced Creative Studio & Workflow Lead to join on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role within a well-established healthcare insurance business, focused on transforming how they brief, manage, and deliver creative work through their external partners.
If you’re a natural organiser with a strong background in marketing operations, creative production, or communications planning, and love building effective systems and processes from the ground up - we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and implementing a scalable creative workflow process - from brief to approval
- Leading the selection and onboarding of workflow management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday.com)
- Establishing a streamlined planning and prioritisation framework for creative work
- Managing agency relationships – briefing, SoWs, contracts, and asset handovers
- Driving internal alignment and adoption through training, engagement, and clear communication
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in creative operations or marketing workflow leadership
- Proven experience of managing agency relationships
- Strong knowledge of briefing systems and production workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Location: London/Hybrid (with flexibility)
Salary: circa £60,000 basic (pro-rata)
Contract: 3-month FTC
