We’re really pleased to be supporting this client on their latest and most critical hire, Brand Manager. A heritage brand, totally secure with an extremely loyal customer base, now moving through a period of investment bringing about a fresh outlook on the brand, engagement with its customers and a unique way of working.
You’ll support the Head of Marketing on all things Brand, with a big brand project to be launched at the end of this year. You’ll also be responsible for the multichannel campaign calendar, working with the internal team/external agency to coordinate the delivery. So I’m looking for someone who finds enjoyment in big brand projects/any re-brand experience, as well as continued brand engagement and build via campaign/comms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the continued development of Brand Marketing strategy, reporting into the Marketing Director (Brand), ensuring brand consistency across channel
- Support in the coordination and delivery of Multi-Channel campaigns/Campaign Calendar, from initial briefing through to final sign off – including checking and coordinating amends
- Multi-Channel campaigns across ATL (Advertising), Social Media and Content, Email and Web
- Tracking of KPI’s including campaign measurement and brand metrics
- Direct line management of a growing team, split by channel leads
- Budget management.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record in brand & communications

- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others
- Ability to work in a fast paced and consistently evolving environment, managing multiple projects
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team, promoting ownership and accountability.
